I just want to introduce myself to you all. I have read through some things on here and I am happy that I decided to become a member. I have a little bit of a weight issues, I've put on 20lbs in the past year or so but it keeps growing so I think I need to finally put an end to the gain!
I'm having a real hard time finding motivation to lose weight. I'm also a student and I work part time so I find that I have very little time to work out, although I have 2 gym memberships (one from school and one from work), on top of that I eat on the run and know very little about nutrition. I really need some help and guidance

Does anyone have any tips for me? Anything they found worked to get them started and motivated? Nutrition advice? I'm desperate, I don't want to wake up one day and see I've gained another 20lbs....I'm already feeling the weight gain blues cause none of my clothes fit anymore.
