Hi guys and girls. I am new on here and have been on my diet for 3 weeks now. Its tough i have given up sugar salt and low sodium. i guess my question is, i have 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and like it but i feel hungry at night after dinner and get stuck wanting foods i shouldn't have. Do u guys have any suggestions on what to do? I am 6ft 3 230lbs i am a little overweight and want to get down to 200 so any suggestions?
 
Divide your calories so, you have more at night than in the day. Find food with few calories and lots of bulk. I use this book it really helps. It tells you how many calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein in each food and some restaurant meals. (under $10) Oh, by the way Hi, I'm new too.

this is a really good site for weight loss forum. if you cannot handle some weight loss technique, you can always look for an alternative one that will fit your lifestyle.
