Hi everybody! I'm a college student who needs some motivation to get back on track. I would say I'm an emotional eater and have been under a lot of stress lately and have not been dealing with it well and it's gotten slightly out of control. If anyone is in the same boat or has any advice please share!

i know EXACTLY where you're coming from!!!!

im a college student too that has recently figured out that i am an emotional eater no matter how much i tried to deny it.

I had recently stumbled off track, but really in a day after spending time on this website im def. motivated to get back on the tread and start running three miles a day again.

Take sometime on this site, it helps!

here's some advice on the eating--if youre stressed, go for a run, I know that is what i used to do before and i actually lost weight under stress! if ur not much of a runner, go for a walk, just find another outlet for that stress!
