Hi Everyone!!

Im new to this site!!
Im looking for motivation and an extra push to keep going!!

I started 3 weeks ago (Start of November, Monday the 3rd). In 2 weeks i lost 5kgs (Making me 60.5kg). Im very happy about the weigh lose, but over all i think i was doing it the unhealthy way.

On my 3rd week i plateaued and have stayed 60.5kg for 1 week now. Making Today (Monday 24th) my 4th week. My friend said to YOYO and eat more calories to trick my body, than exercise again. But i want to do this the right way.

I hope to lose another 15kg making me, 45kg.
I was 45kg, age 19. Now i am 23kg. I am very short so that weight is not under weight.

So i hope you can help me to get to my goal weight. And i am very happy to give you my opinions and helpful tips to help you get where you want to be.
So i hope we can all help each other to reaching our goals!! ^_^

I'd invest some of your time in reading the stickies found at the tops of the various sub-forums. They're loaded with a ton of information that you'll find paramount in building the foundation of knowledge required for this 'journey.'

Congrats on the weight lost so far. If you think you're doing things incorrectly, simply compare your current approach to what's stated in the stickies and adjust accordingly.

The one thing that's most likely off is your caloric intake.
