I never thought I'd be interested in nutrition and general "theory of fitness", but I realized I might not need this belly after all.
So I started googling and after some reading started counting calories. Man, I never thought simple muesli with milk had so many of those buggers!
I mean, it's supposed to be healthy!
Anyway, if everything goes well and I don't lose momentum, I hope for a six-pack next summer.
