Hi everyone!

oooh that sounds nice ^^
how much do they run???
do you know?!?

its taken alot of control
to only weigh in the mornings.
but i can now say thats all i do =D

They're not really expensive we got ours at wal-mart for $19.00 and it keeps track of up to two peoples weight.

I lost another pound this weekend so I'm now down to 277. I have about 127 pounds to go before I can even think about enlisting in the Navy. I finally got to go to Zumba and it was amazing although I have to say that muscles that I didn't even know I had hurt.

Unfortunately I didn't lose anything this morning but I'm not giving up hope. I know weighing every morning isn't good but I think it's OCD I have to weigh every morning.

dont worry... alot of us have that weighing OCD hehe:banghead:

just hang tight.... keep up the good work... you can do it! I get frustrated too sometimes but just stick with it... totally work it in the end! :)

This morning when I weighed I had lost another 1.2 pounds leaving me with 126 to before I am at the weight limit for the Navy but I really need to get below that max weight limit but right now the 149 is my goal.

By the time I'm ready to leave for Boot Camp I want to be down to about 125 or 130 if possible since I'm only 5'2", 150 is still a little big so I want to try to be below that when I leave for boot camp so I can survive all of the PT.

I think you'd rock at boot camp if you can do all that hard work to get to your goal!! lol. you're already going to be in awesome shape when you get in. :D

Good luck!

I agree with Michelle, you're totally going to rock it if you work hard, which it sounds like you are! In the end it's not going to be about the number on the scale, but how fit you are! When you hit 150 I'm going to bet that you'll be in great shape fitness wise! A large portion of my family is Army (Canadian though ^_^) and most of them are big people, but they've got great fitness levels and can keep up with the exercise programs like nothing. You won't see low 100 pound levels on them, and it doesn't matter since they can handle the courses.

You can totally rock the bootcamp, just work on your fitness and worry less about the number :) ROOTING FOR YOU!!:hurray:

Thanks guys, all the support on here helps me to stick to it when I normally would have given up in the past.

I lost another 1.2 lbs today making it a total of 19 pounds. It won't be too much longer until I will have to invest in some new clothes, my jeans are really starting to get too big. :hurray:

 HOLY CRAP!! Nice work... sorry I haven't been following you from the beginning but how long has it been since you started? :D

I didn't lose anything today, I actually gained .4 lbs but I also didn't get to work out yesterday since I was so incredibly sore from Monday and Tuesdays workouts. Maybe I will have lost some more by morning, I have to work at Wally World tonight which actually burns quite a few calories.

hey skittles thought i would let you know
i wont be around for about a month!
but i look forward to seeing changes from you
and myself...

i made a conscious decision... and i have decided
i want to join the air force. =D

soo i need to get down to 145 for sure... but
my personal goal is 130ish.. ^^ talk to you soon!

Setting my goal to join the Navy has helped me to stay focused more than anything. Good luck with the Air Force, that had been my original choice but I found out that I was too old so Navy is my second choice.

Yet again no weight loss, but atleast I didn't gain any. I really hate the days that I have to work both jobs because I don't get to go to the gym or to the track and run and it is killing me. ugh!

This weekend started out terrible, yesterday morning I had gained back almost two of the pounds that I had lost but I went running yesterday morning and last night and managed to lose those two pounds by this morning. I am planning on going running again when I get off tonight. I am so out of shape it isn't funny I couldn't run for more than 36 seconds at a time, it's ridiculous.
