Hi, everybody,

It's great to be on the boards!

Over the past few months, I've found myself slowly gaining back some weight I'd previously lost. I need to stop this cycle before I'm back at my old weight!

I'm looking for a weight loss buddy who would like to help me set and stick to small, bi-weekly weight loss goals until I'm back at my goal weight. And I could do the same thing for you!

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who is interested, and reading more on these boards.

Welcome to the community!

That tends to be a cycle many get caught up in... lose only to gain it back. People invariably get comfortable when they near their goal weights and this usually leads to falling back into old habits.

That's why focusing on changes for a lifetime are necessary, as well as putting some serious thought into life after goal-attainment (maintenance).
