Hi Guys, New to the site. Found it through google. I am a 31 yr old guy. My weight was 295 at my heaviest in 2003. I lost a bunch of weight in 06. I was down to 215. Last year I went back up to 250 but am back down to 218. I lost it just by working my ass off and eating right.

Just here to stay motavated (I am a horrible speller).
