I decided to join this forum because right now I am struggling a little bit with weight loss. I started out a couple of years ago at about 200 pounds. I managed to go down to 165. :) And then somehow I reverted back to my bad eating habits and I am now at 177. I need some serious motivational help. My problems are laziness and enjoying junk food too much.

Sounds like your in the same weight category, numbers for sure. I am 196 and feel uncomforable/fat and big! At 171 I am very slim. So its 25 lbs between slim and fat for me! Those are not easy pounds to shed but work to be done. The pic you post, she looks perfect, amazing what still life does. Kathy
