Hey everone..I'm Danielle, I'm 23 from Ohio. I just started the low carb diet about a week ago. I was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance this past January... My Dr. told me that taking certain meds and losing weight would be verrrrry beneficial to me. My husband and I are also trying to conceive......so this diet/lifestyle change is soooo important to me...So i'm glad I found these forums..it's nice to talk to those who know what i'm going through...with weight loss and what not.....So hope to talk to ya'll soon!! Heya and welcome. Sounds as though you've started on a plan as far as food goes, but what are you thinking as far as exercise?

It's wonderful that you are looking it as a lifestyle change. That's the way it should be!
 
Abbagirl and I both reckon that walking is a brilliant form of exercise for PCOS ladies (it is great for other people too!) The thing is we both think that it really helps us to feel more tranquil as well as helping a great deal with the weightloss side of things.
