Hi! I'm Ann and I'm 20 years old. I stand 5 feet tall and weighs 62 kg. I'm overweight since I was in my teenage years. The lowest weight I had with this height was 92 pounds. Unfortunately, for the last three years, I gained to 137-8lbs/62kg. It had made me desperate and made several attempts to diet and lose weight but failed nonetheless. This weight gain was probably due to stress ever since I stepped into college.

I started exercising 6 days ago for at least 20 minutes, sometimes even more. However, my weight hadn't seem to drop at all! It remained the same and sometimes go up higher by 1kg. I'm eating right and I cut off any sodas and chips and sweets. I cannot plan my lunch and dinner though cos it's my mom who cooks. The only thing I noticed is that I'm having regular bowel movements, cos I used to have constipation. I'm starting to lose motivation. Is there anything wrong? or am I just too eager to see any improvements?
