Well, I love spaghetti that's why I chose that name lol, I though it was suitable!
I'm 21, my highest weight has been 185 and lowest around 150, it was lost at one time and half regained over the period of 3 years oops! I have taken karate now for eight years and LOVE IT! But I am only 21 and still a student so I can only take it in the summers and being a student my schedule including sleep, eating, excercising, studying everything changes on a daily basis. I would say I have quite a bit of muscle for a girl especially upper body ( I need to work on lower body), I'm stronger than almost all the girls I know and several guys I know, but I need to work on cardio and tone with some fat loss more than anything else(that sounds so bad!!!).
I've been reading some of the articles and that on here, sounds like its a good group with some outgoing and positive attitudes!

hey spaghetti!!! welcome to WLF! sounds like you want advice on excercise - i am no expert on that so i would say read the stickies in the excercise section. good luck with your journey and the goals.
