Hi Everyone!

Hi All! My name is Linda and I'm new here. I am basically here for motivation, I tend to exercise, eat right, lose some weight, then as soon as I see results I start going back to my old ways of eating bad and exercising not so much. So when I found this site, I thought, maybe this will be a good way to keep me motivated. After reading through many of the posts, I realized how dedicated to this so many of you are, so I decided this would be the place to help keep me on track.

Thanks to all of you who have shared your stories, I'm already more motivated!

Hi Linda!

I am also a newbie. I have a similar problem. I work hard to achieve results but have a hard time maintaing a good routine and end up reversing to unhealthy habbits. Let's keep each other motivated :) I know we can do it!
