Hi everyone, My name is Maryann and I am new here. I'm here for a little support. I gained 93 lbs with my pregnancy due to medical problems, and have lost 48 lbs of it by eating lower carb, low fat and lean protein, and veggies and fruit, Plus I added in some exercise. I went from a size 20 to a 14but am now stuck.... I have 45 more lbs to lose to get to my pre pregnancy weight. I've been getting discouraged lately, because I was down 57lbs but gained 9 back. AHHHHHHHHH....
