Hi my name is Ana. I'm looking to lose quite some weight. Im at risk for Diabetes type 2 and since i have the oportunity to change that i will. I started at my heighest weight 246.6 two weeks ago and currently weigh 242.6. Im looking to be at my goal of 170. Im not sure how long that will take but im determined to follow through. I do weight watchers because that helps me be more accountable towards what i eat. For exercise i do kickboxing which i love. Good luck to all. Thanks.
