After weeks of successful procrastination I finally kicked myself in the butt at 5:15 this morning.

Instead of snoozing the alarm I got out of bed, jumped into my new fitness gear (hey, gotta look sporty at least), grabbed my dog (who was slightly surprised by the early rush out of the door) and went for an up-tempo walk through the nearby hills.

An hour later my furry workout partner slept under the living room table and boy, did I feel GREAT!

I hope this forum helps me to keep going and has some good infos and conversations in store.
