Hi guys/gals!!
Came upon this board a few days ago and just now decided to join.
I'm 31 yeas old and have been into health and fitness for some time now, but did not get serious about it all until about 2+ years ago.
I began to do cardio daily and began weight training. Was making good progress in the beginning, but due to me not being consistant enough with my diet, reaching my goals has been somewhat difficult.
My main focus right now is to lower my BF%.....need all the help I can get!
I love the inspiration and motivation that people like you and forums like this has to offer, so I decided to join with hopes of getting a little help and would love to contribute where I can
