Hi all! I am new here. I joined this forum hoping to find some support and good advice. I am a college student and have been over weight my entire life. I have tried to diet and exercise before...but have always failed. I have noticed that I am becoming more tired and out of shape lately. I want to fix this problem while I am still young! I am a short girl, only 5' 3'' and I weigh 158 pounds. My goal is to try to lose 2 pounds per week but cutting 500 calories out of my diet per day and burning off 500 calories at the gym per day. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and be at 128 pounds by the time summer is here. But, my ultimate goal is to feel better about my body, raise my self-esteem, and become more active and fit!
