I am 28 years old female, and I have struggled a lot with health and fitness in the past. I am a type 1 diabetic, and I have chronic lower back issues. I started my health and fitness journey in July 2014, and since then, I have seen massive gains. Not only have I lost over 15 pounds in a month, but my blood sugar levels have also been the best that they have ever been and my back pain is getting better as I get stronger. I am SO excited to share my journey with everyone and to help anyone who might be in a similar situation to me or just needs that extra bit of encouragement to push through the challenge of weight loss.

To date I have lost 50lb's using a variety of methods
