Hi everyone, i am 14 years old, 5'1 and weigh 119 pounds. When i was younger i was very active (soccer, swimming, b-ball) which resulted in me being pretty skinny. I injured my knee and i had to stop all the sports. Well, 3 years and some physical therapy later, my knee is much better but i am too lazy to get back into the sports.
For the past couple of months (3 maybe) i have been going to the YMCA and working out on the treadmill for about an hour 3-5 days a week. And last night i was instructed on how to do some of the weights.
My goal is to get down to 110 (the ideal weight for someone my height is 99 – 128)
