Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to start off by giving a litte info on myself.
I am a 28 y/o male who weighed about 227 lbs standing at 5'10".
This was about 2.5 years ago.. I began jogging because everyone always said it's the best thing for you in general. So I began and come about 7 months later through jogging alone 4-5x a week I dropped down to 180lbs. I was super happy and up until this day I still jog 5x a week 2-3 miles a day.
Now before I was a tech and was always moving throughout the day on my feet and a short while at the desk. For the past year and a half I have been at a desk job working graveyard and of course I am not as active at work as my previous job demanded.
Well I am currently weighing in at 195 now and it'spretty aggrivating because I feel what an accomplishment I made in my life to have to see that scale go back up and it frightens the hell out of me. I began working out 5x a week in the gym consisting of the treadmill, precor oliptical, and versa climber, along with use of the bike. Anyhow I am still not going back down and I eat sensibly...
I never really had a game plan with eating since I didn't want to sacrifice my food pleasures but at this point I can't explain wtf is going on with my body...I dodn't drink sodas, i drink coffee, and drink lots of water... anyhow if someone can point me in the right direction to start off with I am willing to listen.
