Hi everyone! Need some support.

Well at the start of this year I was nearly 11 stone at 5 ft 5 (sorry I'm from the UK so all the details are in English) but I lost weight because I was walking to and from college every day so the weight fell off, but I'm a bit stuck in a rut lately.

I've stabilized at around 10 stone, but my target is 9 - 9 stone 5. I just need the help and support of people who are also trying to lose weight.

I think I'm so unmotivated because I have so little to lose so it comes off SO slowly. If anyone has any tips or advice to give me that would be great!

Stone is a new word for me.

I'm guessing something close to Lbs./Pounds

If your have lost that much just by walking. Then i suggest looking at what you eat.

I know back when i was younger in my teens i drank to much soda, and when i stopped drinking that crud, i lost 5-7 pounds.

I will come back to this post later to see what you have to say. =) GL with your stone lose.
