Hi everyone, just a few noobie questions.

Hey everyone, I'd first like to say, that many of the stories and pictures on this site have inspired me so much. It so amazing what people can accomplish!

I have a few questions concerning the weight I need to lose. I'm 180, 5'9".

What's the best way for me to lose weight and show my muscle? I considered fasting but I didn't want to lose muscle. I just want to shed the fat off my belly and face.

I usually don't eat in the morning, but rather once at noon, and a BIG MEAL in the evening(not after 7). Diet consisting of well, anything. So 2 meals a day.

I'm not very active, well, if you consider walking around school an exercise. But I run 2 miles weekly, and workout(push-ups, sit-ups, etc) daily if that is any help..

Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to lose weight as well. Cardio is always good. The running you do is good. You should try running every other day. I do spinning every other day for at least 45 minutes. I also lift weights. Sit ups are good for your stomach, but not the fat over the muscle. Cardio and lifting weights will help that. I get work outs from womenshealthmag.com if you re looking for a full body work out and diets and ways to lose some weight. I hope I've been somewhat helpful.
