Hey everyone! I'm a 24 year old female.....5' 6" and weight 252
I need to get down to 132-156 according to my ENT doctor. Doctor says I need to lose weight due to my acid reflex that makes me cough. I do not have high blood pressure or anything else high like that. I know that I need to lose the weight......I just need some encouragement and some suggestions on what else to do.
At home I have exercise ball, treadmill, Elliptical, machine that works you ab and back. It's just hard to get up and get motivated with working 40 hrs a week.
