Hello girlie932- welcome to the forum. Adapting healthy eating habits is very important to your overall health. If I were you, I would try the "harsh truth" section. Here you can ask pros questions about diet and excercise. Perhaps they can help you find the answers you need. Good luck.

Welcome here. I'm not a big fan of veggies either, I just eat what I can. I get mostof them from salsa! LOL!

Hey and welcome. I'm not very clued up on toning up (still working on the fat busting at the mo!) but there are plenty here who are. I'm sure somebody will be able to pass on some wisdom. :D

What do you mean by not having luck in the harsh truth section? No responses? If that's it, just give it time, we're a bit slow here over the weekends ;)

Hey, welcome to the forum.
Lots of ways to get veggies in your diet is to put some in meatloaf or something ... there are great tips around here for better eating habits.

heylo! i suggest that u slowly cut down ur junk food intake.. mayb substitute them with fruits? after a while u'll realize that u dont crave for junk food as much as before.. as for toning ur stomach.. do u exercise? if u don't u should start on an exercise routine like running, swimming, etc; cos to tone up first u need to lose any excess fats u have.. hope this helps and all the best to ! =)

what does your diet currently look like - you mentioned in another thread that you ate a lot of junk food... so what are your typical meals like?

thru my own experience, I've found that when people say they don't like vegetables, it's because they don't like how it's prepared... I was a rabid broccoli hater for ever - because the only broccoli I ever had was the boiled til it's dead frozen variety - once i tried the fresh stuff - roasted - i'm now a fan... experiment a little with different veggies - fresh most always taste better than canned or frozen.. and try different preparation methods.

You want to build some muscle so for that, I beleive you need protein, how much are you getting in a day?

what kind of carbs are you getting?
