i Just would like to introduce myself I'm Leyla (50) and i have been struggling with my weight since i had hysterectomy 5yers ago.
i have been on my little diet for the last 2 months and i have lost 22 lb, which i am very proud of.
Due to this success my daughter and i decided to make a website about Diets, so feel free to browse around, it is just Free Information, we do not sell anything, and some of the sites are still under construction please bare with us, pretty new to the internet stuff, too
