Hi everyone I am new to this site

I will be on daily though.

I need some support and pointers with my weight loss. Also exercise tips if any would be nice. I have been reading alot of the current posts as well.
Sounds like you know what you're talking about so I am intrigued !

I am 5'4" and currently am 113 . I've had two kids and gotten up to 205 with the first one and 185 with the second.

Post-pregnant I only got to 150 and then decided to start getting serious about the weight loss.

I've been eating right but am concerned that since I have started training my muscles..it seems I crave carbs with every meal .

Should I EAT the carbs when I feel like it ? Carb cravings consisting of plain oatmeal mixed with EVERYTHING.. and Cheerios with no sweetener.

Also I've been working out my chest muscles and it seems like my breast are actually getting fuller is this possible? I was thinking I was having some sort of hormone problem ...since I started doing alot of cardio I have stopped having periods since about 3 months ago. Should I go to the doctor? Or what should I do??

so you are down to 113lbs right?? and no periods for three months?? any chance you could be pregnant again??? if not get yourself into the doctors and get checked out.
unless you are going thru early menopause(doubtful) i would be concerned.. listen to your body something is not right- it sould be very minor but why take the chance!
 
Nope not pregnant. I took one each month to 'be sure' but I haven't even had sex for longer than that anyway ! So I'm not pregnant believe me.

Just very confused . Some people said it could be from alot of cardio. Seeing as how I did lose 40 lbs in a period of 8 months. But I think I might go see a doctor
