Hi Everyone.
I have just joined the forum as I have been reading the posts for a couple of weeks and have found them so useful, I just wanted to say thanks.

I started my latest weight loss journey 3 months ago and so far have lost over 16kg's (I think that's 35lb's). I still have along way to go, but reading this forum really keeps me going by making small adjustments everytime I read something new.

In the past I have been the typical yo-yo dieter, but this time I read something on the web which has completely changed the way I eat. It made me realise that I was eating for enjoyment rather than eating to fuel my body. Now I get my enjoyement from other things in life, and just eat for fuel to do those other things. I also exercise which I enjoy, but I think that changing the way I eat has made the biggest difference.

Anyway, enough for now.

Hi Penfold! It's great to hear that you've already had so much success with weight loss - 35 lbs (or so) is terrific! I'm sure you'll find lots of great tips and support on this forum. Good luck :)
