Hi everybody!

Hey guys, my name is Mario and I'm new here. I'm trying to get back into the habit of working out and looking for some help. I've always worked out off and on. I lifted weights regularly when I was in highschool, then ran for a couple years in college, then ran again, did martial arts and carido kickboxing a few years ago. Working out and being in shape has always been my passion, kind of a drug (I'm sure you guys get that). I'm hoping to get a lot of good info on new ways I work out and I look forward to hearing from you guys!
