Hi everybody!

What's goin on? I saw this sub-forum after I saw the weight training sub-forum...

That's the thread where I intro myself, rather, my activities and my background and why I'm here.

I'm 27 and am VERY VERY active. I used to bike (BMX, downhill, trials (not trails), and road) everyday, but am about to get back into it as I'm building up another bike. I used to breakdance on a national competition level, and occasionally do it with some pretty famous breakers just to see if I still have it, and sometimes use it to gauge my fitness level. I also used to run XC in high school. Funny how that was almost 10 years ago, and I can still run an 8k/5miles in under 45 minutes without training. :D I also used to surf and skimboard (the kind where you ride waves on shorebreak), but not so much anymore. I don't even own a board anymore :(

So overall, my fitness level since high school hasn't decreased any. It has become less specialized, but overall is quite the same. Unfortunately (fortunately according to some people) my body shape and size has stayed the same. 6'0, 31-32in waist, 150-155lbs. Generally speaking, I look the same...maybe a little larger, but not much. A really lanky ectomorph.

So I'm here to change that, and bulk up some. Not really "bulk up", but more or less get to an average size of a gymnast or swimmer of my height. I want to remain limber, flexible, and not look like some fitness nut or muscle head...I just want a body that's fit, defined and of a good size. I'm not delusional, and realize my body shape, but also realize it can be bigger than what it is. I'm happy with my definition level, I just want to be bigger.
