hi im new to the site and im gonna start a journal of my weightloss hopefully!!!!. ill start by telling u im 5 10 and weigh about 279lbs and i want to lose about 100lbs. it would really be helpfull if anyone who has done this can share there story or somebody point me in the right direction. i basically pilled on the 100 excess pounds since my son was born 2 years ago we found out he was blind and i suffered from depression and just became unactive but i want to do this now and kickstart my life as ive lost 2 years. ive had a lokk at the south beacj diet which looks good, any views from you guys would be great on the south beach diet. im gonna post a pic up of me on the weekend which im dreading as im so ashamed
. so anyway way it would be great for any support and help and hopefully i can do this as i dont know how i can carry on as i am i feel as if im a binge eater.
