Hello everybody. I'm Lauren, Brand new to this forum I'm working on weight loss for a year now. I started gaining weight one year back. i was just 52 kg's earlier. By 6 months i started gaining weight. within 6 months i became 62 kg. My hemoglobin and iron content was low, my doc said it is because of my anemia conditions, i'm gaining weight. I'm not obese, but not able to control weight. My problem areas are stomach, love handles and saddle bags. Expecting tips from you guys
Although 62kg (136 pounds) does not sound heavy to most people - I can easily understand how a recent 10kg (22 pound) gain makes you feel chubby and dissatisfied.
You do not mention your height - but it is possible that a combination of healthy eating and exercise will give you the figure that you seek at a higher weight than the 52kg that you used to maintain. This is because muscle is heavier than fat. If you take off recent fat gains but develop more muscle than you used to have you will be more toned than you used to be - but you will weigh more than was the case.
My height is 154 cm. You guessed it right. I know that i am not heavy weighted or obese, but i started loosing my shape and that is what is worrying me the most
