Hi! I'm Amanda, and I'm 22. : ) I'm joining this site because I've fattened up considerably over the past few months and have to get myself in a more healthy mindset! I am 155lbs and 5'9 and would like to slim down at least 15lbs. I used to be a very active girl running and playing sports and whatnot, but this summer i seemed to have taken up drinking, snacking, and eating out. I'm looking forward to some support here on a forum and best of luck to everyone here too :D
 
Welcome I am also a new member.....Snacking is a nightmare and when I used to live at my ex's house her mum used to fill the cupboards....Good advice is try not to buy the rubbish and only fill your cupboards with good stuff fruit etc so if you are tempted at least your not eating rubbish. It is hard to stop eating the things you like but ive just cut out crisps,chocolate,bread,fizzy drinks and dont really miss it! Good luck to you stick at it and get yourself into a exercise routine a few times a week really helps
