Hey everybody, my name is Harold and I've decided to change my life. I'm always been overweight even though I just turned 17 last month. I play baseball basically as my only sport and play spring and fall baseball and have only been able to play 3rd, 1st or catcher.
I'm very slow and don't have a very strong arm I suspect as a result to me being overweight. I've had enough. I want to lose weight and slim my body down.
I'm a senior this year and prom is in the spring, so my goal is to lose a lot of weight by then and become a better person.
I'm starting out at a repulsive 256 pounds and I want to lose 50 to start with. I know it's a lot but I'm willing to try my hardest. I've been running 1 mile a day everyday after school last week and I am going to continue this. We have pretty active baseball practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I do alot of running there in addition to the mile. I also have stopped eating fast food except for an occasional taco with my buddy. I eat a peperoni, salami, lettuce and cheese sandwich everyday for lunch at school and eat a banana after my mile run.
Well everyone, I would love to hear any words of encouragement and especially ideas to help me on my way!
