hi, my name is ana and i'm a stay at home mom for a 17 month old, i have decided that it was time to lose the baby weight and to be honest i dont know how to do it, i never been a work out person, but i think its time for a change, i honestly dont know how much i weight right now, the scale scared me, but last time i checked it was about 150, now i dont want to lose a lot of weight but i do want to get rid of my belly, before i got preg i was about 125 so i think thats a good goal, that 25 pounds to lose, and i have a six month goal to do it, so any motovation, advice will be greatly appreciated...
