Hi everybody.
Im new to these forums and hoping to find some help to keep me motivated. I started eating properly (find it easier to think of it like that than dieting!) as my new years resolution last year. I lost over 2stone (24lb) and felt fantastic. I have a son who is 5 and losing this weight brought all my confidence back i could run around and play football with him with out puffing and panting! lol. I enrolled on a course and which i will complete in June and then im off to uni. My problem is now over the christmas period i have slipped back into old eating habits!!. I have put on 6lb so have decided its time to set a new goal before i fall back into old patterns! My partner has been really supportive so i would like to lose what i have put on in time for valentines day and suprise him with a nice meal in a stunning dress!
Most of my friends and family have a poor diet so its a challenge sometimes to keep exercising and eating properly. Im hoping chatting to you guys will keep me on the right track. I have seen some of the before and afters and everybody is such a great inspiration.
