You could start a diary, it would help you to keep track of your excersize/calorie goals and it will help us to have a place to support you!!

I am new to this forum as well. I am looking for some healthy eating habit tips to incorporate into my daily routine. I'm just getting started so I will search around and then ask my basic questions. Cant wait to get started!!
