well i first would like to see how happy i am to find this site. i really could use the support, and think i can learn from others. I am 27 years old, always on the small side, but i have trouble keeping my body fat down. Exercise is limited to walking because i have back problems,,but i am working on the nutritional side of it. it seems to be a tendency of mine to starve myself instead of just eating nutrionally. i think my metabolism is all out of whack from going back and forth 10lbs or so. My goals are to increase my muscle, so i have more energy and tone up. The number on the scale isnt so much important to me as the health aspect of it.
