Hi everybody. My name is Ben, and I recently turned 15. My current weight is 144-147 (It goes up and down somehow, haha), and I'm 5'6 or around there. I know I'm not overweight or anything, but I just want to improve my health, and cut down on some pounds, just so I can look a little better.
My current weight is, like I said, 144-147, and my target weight is about 130,which I'm hoping to reach by mid April, so I lose about 1.5 pounds a week.
