Hello everyone, new here.
My current weight is 210 lbs, I am 5'7" and i'm 35.
I found this website today and hope it helps me kepp motivated (i need all the help i can get) I started going to the gym about 3 weeks ago and do about 30 mis weight training and 30 min cardio mon - fri. I have not lost any weight though, I guess it takes time.
I set a big goal for myself of losing 50 Lbs (however long it takes). I know this will be hard, but I am tired of getting tired when I walk up the stairs and such. I think 160 lbs is ideal for me. Thanks for reading my post and I hope to chat with all of you in the future.
Any suggestions are appreciated
