hi dere....am reet ....joint here lately....well am a dentist by profesion bt cud have v much ben a dietician ...cause i have tried almos al diets....n gone through everythn....well i was 75kg 2 start wid.....gt it down to 55kg...smehw...wid rigourous gym...n cmplete dietn.....bt gt recently married n in 1year it shot up to 65kgs again....its kinda of frustating....nw days am watchng my diet...having lots of water....not exercing alot ofcourse (though am i plannin 2 do dat soon)...bt i wonder if ne1 can gve me sme miracle cure...i am actually fed up wid dis patern...plz help!

Hi there, I'm Reet, I joined here recently. Well I'm a dentist by trade, but could have not been a dietitian, because I have tried almost all diets, and gone through everything. Well I was 75kg to start with, I got down to 55kg some how! Through rigorous work outs and complete dieting, but got married recently and in one year I shot back up to 65kgs again. It's kind of frustrating! Now I'm watching my diet, drinking lots of water, but not exercising alot. I do plan to do that soon. But I'm wondering if anyone can give me some miracle cure? I'm fed up with this pattern, please help!

There is no magic cure. I'm sorry if you are looking for one but the reality is this..Lessen your calorie intake and increase your calorie output. That is how weight is lost. If you need a starter, start a food diary to see what you eat and not just what you think you eat.
