Abbie, welcome, I am very new to the forum but after tackling another issue I had in a similar way I just know that this is going to be of great support to me. We kind of snap into action don't we when enough is enough.
Have that mental picture without putting pressure on yourself, go for it, small goals, break it down, exercise absolutely key to how I lost all my weight before, small steps though. I have to learn NOT to put it back on once gone and that is where I stumble, I have never tackled that side of it and thats why Im here so I dont feel like this again.
