Hi Can Anyone Help Me Please ?

Hey Im New On Here And Im New To Diets And Exercising For Weight Loss So Any Help From You Guys Would Be Apreceated , Ive Had A Quick Look At Previous Threads To See If Someone Has Already Asked The Kinda Questions I Have But I Dident Really See Anything That I Related To . Well Heres What I Need Help With , Basically Im Trying To Get A Six Pac But Im Not Sure Whats The Best Way To Do It . Im 18 Male Im 5ft7 And I Weigh 140 Pounds , I Know You Have To Lose The Layer Of Fat Thats Over Your Six Pac To Make Them Appear Is This Right ? . If It Is Whats The Best Way To Lose The Layer Of Fat And Make Them Appear ? . I Dont Really Eat Much , I Dont Have Breakfast , I Have Dinner Once A Day And Thats Either , Cheese , Tuna Or Chicken Sandwiches , And I Have A Bowl Of Cereal Before I Go To Bed And Thats It . But I Dont Seem To Lose Weight So What Am I Doing Wrong ? And What Should I Be Doing ? , Also Whats The Best Exercise To Do For Revealing Your Six Pac ? .

Change your diet. Eat that bowl of cereal in the morning instead of before you go to bed. Eating in the morning increases your metabolism. Eating right before you go to bed is a bad idea. You'll be digesting when you sleep, so it'll happen slower and may cause you not to sleep as well. When you eat is just as important as what you eat.

And getting a six pack isn't just about dieting, you have to exercise if you want those muscles. There's all kinds of exercises for your abs and your obliques, and I'm sure there's plenty of other posts here describing them.

I'm new to all this as well, but I think you need to eat more. That's what I've been told. I'm definitely no expert, but from what I've picked up from these types of websites, they seem to suggest eating 5-6 small meals a day and the first should contain some form of protein, like egg whites. Apparently, if you don't eat regularly, then your body goes into starvation mode and then stores fat. I think that's right but, again, I'm definitely no expert!
 
If your only goal is to lose belly fat... go get lyposuction or stomach stapling. If you want to get healthy, fit and reduce the amout of fat in your body than you need to:
1)Determine your goals
2)Look at your options (home fitness equipment, tapes, dumbells, gym etc)
3)Examine your diet (what you eat)
4)Put together a plan of action.
I can help you with number 4 but you gotta start with numbers 1 to 3.
