Im 18 Male Im 5ft7 And I Weigh 140 Pounds , I Know You Have To Lose The Layer Of Fat Thats Over Your Six Pac To Make Them Appear Is This Right ? . If It Is Whats The Best Way To Lose The Layer Of Fat And Make Them Appear ? . I Dont Really Eat Much , I Dont Have Breakfast , I Have Dinner Once A Day And Thats Either , Cheese , Tuna Or Chicken Sandwiches , And I Have A Bowl Of Cereal Before I Go To Bed And Thats It . But I Dont Seem To Lose Weight So What Am I Doing Wrong ? And What Should I Be Doing ? , Also Whats The Best Exercise To Do For Revealing Your Six Pac ? .
