Hi; another newbie!

Afternoon All

Just a brief intro; my name is Ken Alder and I live in Milton Keynes in the UK. I'm married with grown up children and my life revolves around work, my family and my dogs for the most part.

However, I have over the past year become very much involved in English Contact Karate (full contact) with an organisation called ECKA English Contact Karate Association and I have also started a lot of running (long distance and hills) so expect that I may end up on this site quite often, looking for advice and guidance!

That's it really, not a lot to tell; I have lost 4 stone over the past 2 years and have a goal to lose another 2 at least so the exercise is helping but it's hard going. If anybody has any ideas they would like to share on how to boost the weight loss then I am open to serious suggestions, otherwise I will carry on as is!

Hey Ken, great to meet you. Congrats on your exercise routine. Can i ask how many times a week your training and is it just Karate? Also whats your diet like?
