Hi everyone, I'm Holly :)

I'm completely new to the whole fitness thing, having joined a gym just 8 weeks ago!!

I'm not sure where I want to go with my fitness as I initially wanted to just lose a little weight and tone up after having 2 children, but now I'm here, I see so many opportunities and routes I could go down!!

At present I am,

17.8% BF
61% water
