hi everyone. l have been into heath and fitness for over 10 years now. i go to the gym every day and do one hour of cardio..this is either running or on the cross trainer. i used to be a spin instructor, however had to give it up as l could not instruct and also focus on my career... spin was just a hobby l did in my spare time
