Just checking in...

I'm 5ft 10ins and weigh 14st 2lbs. My main goal is to lose weight before actively gaining muscle etc, although I realise this will happen anyway as part of exercise. Ideally, I would like to be 11st-ish... I feel that would be a good weight for my height. My frame is well built anyway, ie. I used to do a lot of athletics and weights when I was 13-15, so I think I have a decent amount of muscle under areas which are just that little bit too flabby. I don't consider myself to be fat, but I have started to notice a 'fat back' developing, and a slight hangover around my belt line! I need to tighten up, and as I said, not necessarily gain muscle, but trim down!

Anyone else about with similar goals?
