Hi All

Hi All, my name is Chris, I'm 28 from the UK.

I've been reading these forums for a while now to get advice and thought its about time I joined.

I joined the local gym about 3 weeks ago after taking a good look at myself and realising that I had become a bit of a mess over the past few years with my alcohol intake being quite high and also taking no care in what I eat or doing any exercise other than the day job which is predominantly office based. I'm now going to sort it out and will be creating a journal entry with my progress.

Hopefully I'll be able to give advice to others but I'm new to all this myself at the moment.

Welcome to the forum! We flat rock around here, and try to assist all we can.

You can do nearly "anything" within diet and fitness when you:

Set the "Desire-O-Meter" and "Doing-What-it-Takes-O-Meter" at your personal level that applies "enough of you" to earn the goal you desire.

We are all so simular but so different from one another.

Figure out what works for YOU: Your Personal Science.

What is ones "Personal Science"?

It is the LEVEL of personal implementation of diet and fitness into ones way of life that solicits a lifestyle change that applies "enough of the person" to achieve the goal they desire. This includes making difficult decisions and easy applied decisions.

I look forward to reviewing your log, and wish you much luck with it.

I wish you the best in life and within diet and fitness.

Best wishes to all on the forum,

Chillen
