I M RIZ FROM UAE IM 95 KGS 177CM HI. MY TARGET IS
8OKGS. I M USING ELLIPTICAL TRAINER FOR 1 HOURE DAILY AND MY FOOD PRO IS LIKE

MORNING: 2 SLICES WITH HONEY AND TEA(1SPOUNE SUGER)
AFTERNOON: 300gm WATERMELON WITH 1 MANDGO
5pm : COOKED VEG WITH 2 BREADS
NIGHT : 1 BREAD WITH YOGURT
BED TIME: 2 HONEY SPOON

sounds like you are not taking in enough calories. You can reduce too much and do harm to yourself and your goals.
 
I think you are not taking enough food, this my affect your heath. I am also having heavy body wants to reduce the weight but not with the cost of health. Just take some guide from any health expert.
